The developer should be aware that this development is impacted b~t the Park
Development ordinance stipulating $1,285.00 per dwelling unit. Developer has
installed the hike/tn'ke trait adjacent to phases ! and 2 of the Vistas in lieu of
development fees, the ciW requests this trail be continued to the west.
A 15' dedication for trail purposes to the Denton Coun~ Levee District should be a 20'
dedication to the Ci~ of Coppelt.
a 12'wide, concrete hike/bike trail should be able to be placed in the 20' easement
without the sewer manhole being located within the trail.
