Dear Taryon:
Attached is an application for zoning, fifteen blueline
copies the Zoning Exhibit and a check in the amount of
$540.00; an application for Preliminary Plat, fifteen
blueline copies of the Preliminary Plat and a check in the
amount of $180.00; and two copies of the Preliminary Water,
Sanitary Sewer, Drainage and Paving Plan for the above
project.
Please note the Preliminary Plat is for 5.650 acres while the
rezoning is for 3.575 acres. A portion of the property
already owned by Water Edge Joint Venture is currently zoned
SF-7 and does not need to be rezoned. The portion of
property being requested for rezoning is currently platted as
Lot 1 of Lakeside Village and will actually be a replat into
single family lots as shown on the Preliminary Plat.
There is a variance request indicated on the Preliminary Plat
for the deletion of the alley requirement and the street
center line radii less than the minimum required.
Please review the above and schedule for action by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. If you have
