Dear Mr. House:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a zoning change from (C)
Commercial to (SF-7) Single Family-7, located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road, 465
feet west of MacArthur Boulevard at the request of Waters Edge Joint Venture, was approved
by the Coppell City Council on October 12, 1993, with the following condition:
1) that notification be given to potential home buyers of "C" zoning to the east.
Be sure to have your engineer submit three (3) 8 1/2" x 11" reduced copies and four (4) full-size
sheets of the final zoning exhibit, which was presented to the City Council. Also, we will need
a legal description of the property typed on letter-size paper.
