AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 1-4-
2 TO CHANGE TH'E NAME OF CRESTWOOD COVE TO HAZELWOOD
COVE, THE NAME OF CHESTNUT COVE TO FI,EETWOOD COVE, AND
THE NAME OF FOREST BREEZE COVE TO RIPPI,EWOOD COVE IN
THE FOREST COVE SUBDIVISION, PHASES ONE AND TWO AS
RECORDED IN VOLUME 98032, PAGES 009 AND 010 RESPECTIVELY OF
THE DAIJ,AS COUNTY DEED RECORD; PROVIDING A REPEAIJNG
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABII,ITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPEIJ,,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinance of the City of Coppell, Texas be, and the same is
hereby amended by amending Section 1-4-2, in part to add the following street name changes to read
as follows:
"Sec. 1-4-2. STREET NAM2E CttANGES
The name of the existing segment of Crestwood Cove in Phase One of
the Forest Cove Subdivision be changed to Hazelwood Cove.
The name of the existing segment of Chestnut Cove in Phase Two of
the Forest Cove Subdivision be changed to Fleetwood Cove.
The name of the existing segment of Forest Breeze Cove in Phase Two
of the Forest Cove Subdivision be changed to Ripplewood Cove."
SECTION 2. That all provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Coppell, Texas, in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other
provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3. That should any word, phrase, paragraph, section or phrase of this ordinance
or of the Code of Ordinances, as amended hereby, be held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the
same shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole, or any part or provision thereof other
than the part so decided to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, and shall not affect the validity of the
Code of Ordinances as a whole.
SEC'I~ON 4. That this ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, ~
the law and charter in such cases provide.
