1. The Data Table needs to be corrected to reflect Lot lA and lB, instead of IR and 2R.
2. Fire lane radius are required to be 30'inside and 54' outside.
3. Need to add the Flood Plain Administrators signature block.
4. Need to revise TXU Electric and Gas signature line to TXU Gas and Oncor Energy
Delivery.
5. Place Volume and Page in the lower right hand comer of the plat.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the September 5th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the
September 5th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to
attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September 10th tO resubmit fourteen
(14) folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11)
and JPEG files OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the
Planning Department.

additional 190,000 square-feet, on Lot lA, containing 17.9 acres of
property and a 308,000 square-foot office warehouse on Lot lB, containing
18.21 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Sandy Lake
Road and Northpoint Drive, at the request of Transwestern Commercial
Services.
