RE: AmberPoint Business Park~ Lots 1A&IB~ Block A~ Replat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the AmberPoint Business Park, Lots IA and lB, Block A, Replat, to
subdivide Lot 1, containing 36.12 acres, into two lots to allow for the construction of a 228,250 square-foot
office/warehouse with future expansion of an additional 161,750-square feet, on Lot lA, containing 17.9
acres of property and a 308,000 square-foot office warehouse on Lot lB, containing 18.21 acres of property
located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Northpoint Drive, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 19, 2002, subject to the
following condition:

The title block being revised to read as follows:
"Being a Replat of Lot 1, Block A of the AmberPoint Business Park into
Lots lA and lB, Block A".
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 8, 2002, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the
Planning Department three folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ September
25th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of this revision, along with one jpeg, tif or
similar electronic file.
