Revise name in Title Block to read the Sherdll Acres Addition, Lot 2A, Block 1. 2. Provide a detail of the proposed dumpster enclosure, including height, materials, colors, etc. 3. Remove reference to all water/sewer lines on the proposed site plan and provide on a separate utility plan. Landscape Plan 4. Revise name in Title Block to read the Sherrill Acres Addition, Lot 2A, Block 1. 5. Provide a note on the Landscape Plan indicating that the 2' parking space overhang is not included within the landscape tabulations. 6. Revise notation on Landscape Plan which labels two trees as "Non-Vehicular Perimeter" to read "Non-Street Perimeter." This was misleading. 7. Provide one additional tree under Non-Vehicular Open Space landscaping; staff only calculates two trees and not three as represented by the plan. 8. Substitute the proposed Crape Myrtles and Yaupon Hollies with tree overstory trees (which measure 3" in caliper when planted) to satisfy the minimum tree count. While these trees may be used as accent trees, they may not count toward the minimum tree count. Note: A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff conunents please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 5th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the September 5th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September 10t~ to resubmit fourteen (14) folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG flies OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
