RE: Case: Stratford Manor~ Lot lOt Block BT Replat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Stratford Manor, Lot 10, Block B, Replat, to revise the 15-foot building
and fence line to a 15-foot building line, allowing the placement of a fence within 15 feet of the side
property line on 0.41 acres of property located at 638 Stratford Lane, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 19, 2002, subject to the following
conditions:
1)
Any fence constructed will possess the same type architectural elements as the
fence on the north side of Prince Edward Lane (brick columns with decorative
metal inserts).
2) The fence will observe the same general setbacks as the existing north side
fence of approximately 7-8 feet behind the existing sidewalk.
3)
Signature blocks need to be updated to reflect TXU Gas and Oncor Energy,
and AT&T Broadband.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 8, 2002, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the
Planning Department three folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ September
25th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of this revision, along with one jpeg, tif or
similar electronic file.
