RE: Case: Magnolia Restaurant Additiont Lot It Block At Minor Plat
Dear Jay:
This letter is to inform you that the Magnolia Restaurant Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Minor
Plat, to allow the construction of an approximate 3,649 square-foot restaurant with private
club, to be located along the west side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 204 feet north of
Natches Trace, was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on September
19, 2002.
If changes are made to the Minor Plat, eight copies of your msubmittal will be accepted by
the Planning Department on or before 12 noon Monday, September 30th. An additional
application fee will not be charged.
