NOTICE OF PUBLIC ItEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 19~h day of September, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1174R, Coppell Deli, zoning change request from PD-
133-HC (Planned Development-133-Highway Commercial) to PD-133-HC-R4-S-1174R
(Planned Development Highway Commercial, Special Use Permit-1174R), to amend various
development standards of the PD and to allow the construction of an approximately 3,649
square-foot restaurant with drive through and private club, to be located along the west side of
Denton Tap Road, approximately 194 feet north of Natches Trace, at the request of Jay
Khorrami. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district,
which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

S-1174R (Planned Development Highway Commercial, Special Use Permit-l174R), to amend
various development standards of the PD and to allow the construction of an approximately
