Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019-0478 T H I~ ¢ I T Y 0 F C-Ol P LL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of August, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1146R, 416 Bethel Road, zoning change request from HO-R-S-1146 (Historic Overlay-Retail-Special Use Permit-Il46) to HO-R-S-1146R (Historic Overlay-Retail-Special Use Permit-Il46 Revised) to allow the relocation, expansion and renovation of an existing storage building into a 256 square-foot office, located north of the existing building at 416 Bethel Road, at the request of Joy Onstott. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
