H E C: I T Y 0 F COI ELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public heating on Thursday, the 18t~ day of July, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1145R~ Siam Thai Cuisine, zoning change request from LI-S-1145 (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1145) to LI-S-1145R (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit-l145R), to allow the operation of an approximately 1,241 square-foot restaurant, with private club, to be located in the Valley Ranch Center, 820 S. MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 108B at the request of Chalermchal (Chuck) Gunasayan. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
