MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 108B, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 18, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) The development of the property shall be limited to the site plan, floor plan and sign plan. 2) Hours ofoperation shall be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week. 3) The sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises is permitted as provided by State Law. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 13, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
