NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 18t~ day of July, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1202, Gateway Business Park, No. 2, Lot 2R, Block C,
zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S-1202 (Light Industrial, Special Use
Permit-1202), to allow outside petroleum products storage. Also, the Site Plan is being revised
to allow a generator with a screening wall, 32 additional parking spaces and the construction of
36 carports on 7.613 acres of property located at 555 Dividend Drive, at the request of Terrence
Wright, The Wright Group. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other
zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development
district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of
interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City
of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
