CC approval on 8/13/02 T H E: C I T Y O F COI P-EI L August l4,2002 Mr. Robert McCann Catellus Development 5720 LBJ Freeway # 190 Dallas, TX 75240 RE: Case No. S-1202~ Gateway Business Park~ No. 2~ Lot 2R~ Block C Dear Mr. McCann: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1202, Gateway Business Park, No. 2, Lot 2R, Block C, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S-1202 (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit-1202), to allow outside petroleum products storage and the request to revise the Site Plan to increase the size of Lot 2R by 0.303 of an acre to allow a generator with a screening wall and construction of 32 additional parking spaces on 7.613 acres of property located at 555 Dividend Drive were approved by the Coppell Civ,.' Council on Tuesday, August 13, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) In the event the generator and petroleum product storage are no longer needed, the generator, storage tank, screening walls and non-required landscaping shall be removed. 2) The development of this property shall be in accordance with the site plan, landscape plan and elevations of the screening wall. 3) Adherence to all Fire and Building Codes. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
