SITE PLAN
1. Need North arrow on site vicinity map.
2. Show zoning west of Heartz Road.
3. CIVIC Report encourages natural brick, not paimed brick--need to discus gray
painted masonry.
4. Explain note which declares City of Coppell owning 1.17 acres on north side of site.
5. Note square footages of all existing and proposed buildings.
6. Dimension length of all colonnade walls.
7. Specify height of church rotunda and its diameter; breezeway including roo£
8. Specify height of porte cochere including roof area.
9. Need monument sign information including size, height, material, lighting, etc.
10. Please indicate exterior building materials on all buildings.
11. Include baseball field on site plan.
LANDSCAPE PLAN
1. Landscape screening needed on parking spaces next to I-Iea~z Road and on spaces
along south side of site.
2. Caliper o£trecs is measured four feet six inches above grade, not six inches.
3. Need landscaping materials planting table on landscape plan.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the September 5th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the September
Sth DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the
meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September l0th to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
JPEG flies OR $IMIL4R ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the
Planning Department.

addition of 24 new parking spaces on approximately 6.03 acres of property
located at 200 S. Heartz Road, at the request of Rodney Collver, Coppell
First Assembly of God.
