White Chapel Road, Suite A Southlake, TX 76092 RE: Coppell First Assembly of God, Site Plan Dear Mr. Blake: This letter is to inform you that the Coppell First Assembly of God, Site Plan, request to allow a 1,558 square-foot expansion to the existing 29,488 square-foot church facilities, and the addition of 24 new parking spaces on 6.03 acres of property located at 200 S. Heartz Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Cormmission on Thursday, September 19, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Maximum height of monument sign is 4 feet and additional signage information is needed (lighting, font style and size, etc.). 2) No wall construction will be allowed within City's right-of-way. 3) Dimension length ofal_!_l colonnade walls. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 8, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of all plans on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda% September 25th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of any revision, along with one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
