Y '~FINAL Dallas County records indicate that there was a right-of-way dedication in 1985 therefore, Heartz Road has a 50' right-of-way the entire length of the property. Engineering will be bringing forth a Right-of-Way Use Agreement to City Council on October 8, 2002 to address the portion of the church parking area that is within the dedicated area.
