(approximately 15 acres), located at the northeast intersection of Thweatt and
Coppell Roads, were approved for rezoning to SF-7 (Single Family-7) on all but
1 acre at the intersection of Thweatt and Coppell Roads, which will retain its R
(Retail) zoning, by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 14, 1994.
A copy of the Ordinance will be sent to you when it has been prepared and
approved.
