Please allow this letter to serve as the City's administrative approval of your request to
relocate nine proposed (9) car ports further north along the same parking row, serving
Building B in the Coppell Commerce Center (1234 Lakeshore Drive). There shall be no
disturbance to any existing landscaping located within the landscape islands immediately
adjacent to these parking spaces.
Enclosed you will find one signed original copy of the administrative approval for your
records. The approved changes will be filed within Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 1,
Block D, Site Plan Amendment, which is related to the addition of car ports on the
subject site (approved by City Council on July 9, 2002).
