P&Z approval on 6/20/02 T H £ C I T Y · 0 F' cOI iSE] L June 21, 2002 Mr. Jim Gaspard, CCIM Vice President, Development Services Transwestern Commercial Services 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 600W Dallas, TX 75244 RE: Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 1v Block D, Site Plan Amendment Dear Jim: This letter is to inform you that the Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 1, Block D, Site Plan Amendment. to allow the construction of 40 carports over existing parking and 100 additional parking spaces, located at 1234 Lakeshore Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 20, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Revise Landscape Requirements Table to indicate that the Interior Landscaping is based on the amount of pavement (30,736-sq. ft.) and not the entire parking lot area (40,955-sq. ft.). 2) Revise Landscape Requirements Table to indicate that the required size of parking islands is 9' x 19', not 9' x 18'. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 9, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ June 26th.
