(approximately 15 acres), located at the northeast intersection of Thweatt and
Coppell Roads, were recommended for rezoning to SF-7 (Single Family-7) on all
but 1 acre at the intersection of Thweatt and Coppell Roads, which will retain its
R (Retail) zoning, by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday,
April 25, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
May 24, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.
