The property will need to be platted prior to the issuance of a building permit,
including the Fire Lane.
More clearly indicate which of the parking spaces are existing and which are
proposed.
Need to dimension the proposed parallel parking spaces, the minimum is 8' by
22'
Need to add trees at both ends of the new parallel parking and to the east of the
two new spaces to conform with current landscape requirements.
It is recommended that the existing non-conforming monument sign be replaced
with a sign which conforms to current requirements of Section 12-29 of the
Zoning Ordinance
Need to replace the list of variances with the following note:
· The enlargement of the existing non-conforming structure is allowed per
Section 20-40-5.5 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the October 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the October
3~. DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. A representative of the project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, October 8th to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
JPEG ,TIF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the
Planning Department.
