Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November 12, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Approval of a plat prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. 2) Tree removal permit being obtained. 3) Consideration should be given to bringing the existing monument sign into compliance with current sign regulations.
