P&Z approval on 10/17/02October 18, 2002 Don Featherston 737 Robin Lane Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Denton Tap Office Plaza (ReMax)~ Site Plan Amendment Dear Don: This letter is to inform you that the Denton Tap Office Plaza (ReMax), Site Plan Amendment, to allow a 2,383 square-foot addition to the existing 13,289 square-foot office building on 1.383 acres of property located at 500 S. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 17, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Approval of a plat prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. 2) The common name, botanical name and the size of the three proposed trees being added to the site plan. 3) Inclusion of a vicinity map, address of the property and the name, location and right-of-way width of the street abutting this tract of land. (Denton Tap Road). 4) Tree removal permit being obtained. 5) Consideration should be given to bringing the existing monument sign into compliance with current sign regulations. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 12, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Depamnent three folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Tuesda¥~ October 29t~.
