RE: Park West Commerce Center, Lot 4, Block 7~ Site Plan Amendment
Dear Gentleman/Madam:
This letter is to inform you that the Park West Commerce Center, Lot 4, Block 7, Site Plan
Amendment, to allow an exterior dust collector within an approximate 3,600 square-foot
screening enclosure on 9.4215 acres of property located at 425 Airline Drive, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
October 17, 2002, with the following condition:
1) The brick used in the screening wall emulate the wall color surface of the
existing building.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November
12, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result
in the denial of this application.
