P&Z approval on 8/15/02 T H E: - C I T Y - O F COPPELL August 16, 2002 Mr. Walter Nelson Walter Nelson & Associates 1812 Carla Avenue Arlington, TX 76014 RE: Case No. S-1198R~ Assured Self Storage Dear Walter: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1198R, Assured Self Storage, zoning change request from LI-S-1198 (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198) to LI-S-1198R (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198 Revised), to amend the site plan and increase the size of the mini-warehouse facility with on-premise use (caretakers quarters) to apprOximately 75,000-square feet on 4.83 acres of property located along the south side of Belt Line Road, approximately 4,100 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 15, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Revise the proposed location of the monument sign to be placed no closer than 75' from the side property line (Per Section 12-29-4.2 Bi). 2) IvIore clearly define the location of the steel fencing on the site plan as represented on the site detail sheet. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 10, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of the Site Plan, Landscape Plan and Site Details on or before 12 noon~ Tuesda¥~ August 27th.
