NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of August, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1198R, Assured Self Storage, zoning change request
from LI-S-1198 (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-Il98) to LI-S-1198R (Light Industrial-
Special Use Permit-Il98 Revised), to amend the site plan and increase the size of the mini-
warehouse facility with on-premise use (caretakers quarters) to approximately 75,000-square feet
on 4.83 acres of property located along the south side of Belt Line Road, approximately 4,100
feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Walter Nelson. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that
requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
