Pilone 801 Howell Coppell, TX 75019 RE: CaseNo. ZC-610(CH)/PD-198-SF-7 Dear Mr. Pilone: This letter is to inform you that Case No. ZC-610(CH)/PD-198, zoning change request fi.om C (Commercial) to PD-198-SF-7 (Planned Development-198-Single-family-7), to recognize existing residential single-family uses on approximately nine acres of property located along Bullock and Howell Drives, at the request of various property owners, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 10, 2002, subject to the attached conditions placed on this Planned Development and the removal of 101 and 103 Bullock Drive from the request area. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
