1. Need to indicate the fire lanes on the plat.
2. Need to add "Block C" in the dedication statement.
3. Revise the title block from R/PLAT SHOWING to REPLAI OF
4. The franchise utility signature block needs to be revised to indicate:
· AT&T Broadband instead of Paragon Cable,
· Verizon instead of GTE, and
· TXU Gas/Oncor Energy Delivery

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the July 2nd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the July 2nd
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, July 9th tO resubmit fourteen (14) folded
copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG
or similar electronic files of each exhibit to the Planning Department.

1. A letter requesting a waiver to the Subdivision Ordinance requirement for lime stabilized
subgrade will be needed prior to construction.
2. Paving details must be in accordance with the City of Coppell's Subdivision Ordinance and
Construction Specifications. Remove all paving details until submitting for engineering
review.
3. All dedicated firelane and utility easements need to be shown on the plat.
