RE: Case: Gateway Business Park, No. 2, Lot IR and 2R~ Block C~ Replat
Dear Mr. McCarm:
This letter is to inform you that the Gateway Business Park, No. 2, Lot 1R and 2R, Block C, Replat,
to increase the size of Lot 2R by 0.303 of an acre and to allow 32 additional parking spaces on
12.027 acres of property located at 555 Dividend Drive, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 18, 2002, subject to the following
conditions:
1) Inclusion of metes and bounds descriptions of the tract and the fire lane on
the replat.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 13, 2002,
at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in
Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application. City Council has instructed staffto include in its agenda packets only those items that
accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore,
please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of the Replat on or
before 12 noon~ Wednesda% July 31st. Also, please submit one (I) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of
this revision, along with one jpeg, tifor similar electronic file.
