Revise name of subdivision to be consistent with the project name of "Assured Self-Storage" Addition. Amend within the City Secretary Signature Block and the Title Block. Revise Title Block to include "Lot 1, Block 1". Eliminate the repeated word "feet" from the Owner's Certificate. Eliminate the reference to the zoning of all adjacent properties. Indicate the subdivision name of all adjacent properties. Revise Utility Signature Block to indicate the name of"Oncor Energy Delivery/TXU Gas". Eliminate Site Plan sheet from Minor Plat submission packet. Eliminate Preliminary Utility & Drainage plan from Minor Plat submission packet and provide only three separate copies of the plan if changes are made to the utilities and drainage layout. Note: A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you sT attend the August 1 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the August 1sx DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
