1. Dimension right of way of Glen Lakes Drive.
2. Indicate correct zoning on all adjacent parcels of land (see Site Plan notes).
3. Dimension "variable width" tim lanes, with 24 foot minimum.
4. Change "October, 2002" date to reflect a November date.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the November 7, 2002 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the November
7, 2002 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. A representative of the project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 12tb to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
JPEG ~TIF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the
Planning Department.
