COPP-EEL November 22, 2002 Mr. Alen Hinckley Univest Properties 12201 Merit Drive, Suite 170 Dallas, TX 75251 RE: MacArthur Vista Center~ Lot 1~ Block A, Minor Plat Dear Mr. Hinckley: This letter is to inform you that the MacArthur Vista Center, Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat, to allow the development of an approximate 10,048 square-foot office building on 1.409 acres of property located along the east side of MacArthur Blvd., south of Denton Creek, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 21, 2002, with the following conditions: 1) The Volume and Page numbers of the 15-foot utility easement be indicated on the plat. 2) The easements for Oncor facilities be indicated on the plat. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 10, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Cie' Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of the Minor Plat on or before 12 noon~ Tuesdav~ November 26th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of this revision, along with one jpeg, tifor similar electronic file.
