Notice of PHNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the
15th day of September, .1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
a zoning change, Case #ZC-570(CH), as outlined by Section 44-2 of the Coppell Zoning
Ordinance. Section 44-2 regulates any amendment, supplement, or change to the boundaries of
zoning districts. This public hearing has been called to consider a change in zoning on this 1.06
acre tract of property from A (Agriculture) to any appropriate zoning district classification,
including, but not limited to, SF-7, SF-9, SF-12, SF-18, SF-ED, HC, and/or LI. The property
is generally described as follows: located along the west side of Denton Tap Road and generally
north of Highland Road (in Lewisville), and as shown on the attached map. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed
to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
