These items have been revised and resubmitted. Homeowner's Association Agreement was sent to the City of Coppell some time ago. We have not received any comments on it. 10. We are working with Carl Anderson and Ginn, Inc., to satisfy the requirements of the City's Comprehensive Floodpla£n Ordinance. Construction Plans 1. The subdivision ordinance requires a 420' minimum distance from the intersection. We are requesting a variance to 265' from Denton Tap Road. We feel that this will be safer for the residents of the subdivision, since there won't be a median cut for the Gene- ral Retail site north of Bethel Road.
