Homeowner's Association Agreement was sent to the City of Coppell
some time ago. We have not received any comments on it.
10. We are working with Carl Anderson and Ginn, Inc., to satisfy the
requirements of the City's Comprehensive Floodpla£n Ordinance.
Construction Plans
1. Ail the plans requested will be sent to the City of Coppell if they
have not already been so.
2. Ail plans will be sealed by Registered Engineer or Architect.

We would like to ask for a variance for the median opening on Bethel
Road. The subdivision ordinance requires a 420' minimum distance
from the intersection. We are requesting a variance to 265' from
Denton Tap Road. We feel that this will be safer for the residents
of the subdivision, since there won't be a median cut for the Gene-
ral Retail site north of Bethel Road.
