Subdivision Ordinance Appendix A Chapter VI, D. The following figures were supplied by T.P. & L. for estimating this assessment. $292.60 per light for every 200 feet of roadway. Morton, Chief of Land Development RE: Homeowners Maintenance Agreement Required The Public Works Staff has reviewed the plats and plans for Creekview Addition. This subdivision will need a Homeowners Maintenance Agreement submitted to the Land Development Department prior to Council's approval. This Maintenance Agreement must be received no later than 1Z:00 p.m. on September &, 1987 or Staff will recommend denial of the final plat.
