City of Coppell. Subdivision Ordinance Appendix A Chapter VI,
D. The following figures were supplied by T.P. & L. for
estimating this assessment.
$292.60 per light for every 200 feet of roadway.
You are being assessed for 7000.0 ft. of roadway, which totals
to 35 lights.

Homeowners Maintenance Agreement Required
The Public Works Staff has reviewed the plats and plans for Creekview Addition.
This subdivision will need a Homeowners Maintenance Agreement submitted
to the Land Development Department prior to Council's approval. This
Maintenance Agreement must be received no later than 1Z:00 p.m. on September
&, 1987 or Staff will recommend denial of the final plat.
