'As-Built' Landscape Plan

Enclosed please find the 'As-Built' landscape plan for the subject project. In addition I
have also enclosed a copy ora markup plan indicating our wish to convert a portion of
the ground cover areas to hydromulch. This markup was forwarded to John Elias with
the City of Coppell in early July, prior to construction, for his approval. It is my
understanding from John Elias that he initially saw no problem with the changes and that
he did check with tlie City of Coppell Planning office for their approval prior to his OK
of the change.
My apologies for not documenting these changes more thoroughly and in a more timely
