P&Z under advisement to 1/16 T H E: C I T Y 0 F CO?PEL£ November 22, 2002 Mark Wainscott Stirling Wainscott 4815 Keller Springs Addison, TX 75001 RE: Riverview Office Development, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan Dear Mark: This letter is to inform you that on November 21, 2002, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission voted to hold the Riverview Office Development, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, to allow the development of four office buildings totaling 19,800-square feet on 2.17 acres of property located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Riverview Drive, under advisement to the January 16, 2003, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Some concerns regard the following: 1) The entire fire lane needs to be constructed prior to any construction beyond the foundation. 2) Indicate all existing and proposed easements on the Site Plan. 3) Add architectural interest and accent materials (up to 20% of the exterior) such as cast stone, stone veneer and/or contrasting brick color to embellish the windows and the entries into the buildings. For your information, our submittal deadline for the January 16th meeting is 12 noon, Monday December 16th. Resubmission fees will not be accessed.
