P&Z approval on 1/16/03COPPELL January 17, 2003 Mr. James Bratton Stifling Wainscott, Inc. 4815 Keller Springs Road Addison, TX 75001 RE: Riverview Office Development~ Lot 1~ Block A~ Minor plat Dear James: This letter is to inform you that the Riverview Office Development, Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat, to allow the development of four office buildings totaling 19,800-square feet on 2.17 acres of property located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Riverview Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 16, 2003, subject to the following condition: 1) Easements being provided for Oncor facilities. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recormnended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of the Minor Plat on or before 12 noon~ Tnesda¥~ January 28th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of revisions, along with one jpeg, tifor similar electronic file.
