The Replat needs to be revised as follows: 1) Easements being provided for Oncor Facilities. Also, all issues relating to the Site Plan must be resolved prior to this Minor Plat being considered for approval. Resubmission of 14 copies and an electronic file for further consideration will be accepted by the Planning Department on or before 12 noon, December 16th. Additional fees will not be required.
