RE: Riverview Office Development~ Lot Iv Block A~ Minor Plat
Dear Mark:
This letter is to inform you that the Riverview Office Development, Lot 1, Block A, Minor
Plat, to allow the development of four office buildings totaling 19,800-square feet on 2.17
acres of property located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Riverview Drive,
was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 21,
2002. The Replat needs to be revised as follows:
1) Easements being provided for Oncor Facilities.
Also, all issues relating to the Site Plan must be resolved prior to this Minor Plat being
considered for approval. Resubmission of 14 copies and an electronic file for further
consideration will be accepted by the Planning Department on or before 12 noon, December
16th. Additional fees will not be required.
