Revise the Lot and Block to be Lot 1, Block A, given that this is not part of the
existing residential subdivision.
Need to add the curve data table to assure that the fire lane radii are correct.
Need to indicate graphically and dimension the right-of-way for Sandy Lake
Road.
Add the acreage to the title block
Add the name and filing information for the property on the east side of
Riverview Drive.
Revise Surveyors signature block to state Planning and Zoning Commission
instead of City Plan Commission.
Need to add finished floor elevations for the proposed buildings.
Need to revise the Franchise Utility Signature Blocks as follows:

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the October 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the October
3ra. DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. A representative of the project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, October 8th to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
JPEG ,TIF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit to the
Planning Department.
