RE: Salon on the Creek-Revised Landscape Plan
Dear John:
This letter shall serve as City approval of the revised landscape plan submitted to the
Planning Department on June 28, 2002, which incorporated changes made to the plan in
response to negotiations with the Creekview Homeowner's Association.
The revised landscape plan has increased the number of proposed Live Oak trees from 4
to 9 and decreased the number of Red Oak trees from 9 to 4, making the Live Oak trees
the most prominent perimeter tree along both Denton Tap and Bethel Roads. The
quantities and species of all other proposed trees remain unchanged. Additionally, a note
has been added to the plan which describes the proposed changes to the median,
including landscaping, irrigation and electrical service.
Please feel free contact me if I can be of further assistance as you complete the
development process. I can be reached directly at 972-304-3677 or via e-mail at
aroy¢~,ci.coppell.tx.us.
Sincerely,
Andrea L. Roy, City Pl(~ner
