ATTENTION: Jim Gaspard Transwestem Commercial Services 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 600W Dallas, TX 75244 RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-194R2~ AmberPoint Business Park Dear Jim: On February 25, 2003, the Coppell City Council approved a zoning change from PD-194 (Planned Development-194) to PD-194R2 (Planned Development- 194Revision-2) to expand the Planned Development District to incorporate an additional 9.102 acres increasing the acreage of the PD to 113.96 acres and to modify the industrial park identification sign location and design on property located east & west o£Northpoint Drive, south of Sandy Lake Road. Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-345, which was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on the same date.
