Dear Mr. Koslan:
This letter is to inform you that the Champions School of Real Estate, Lot 1, Block 1, Site Plan, to allow
the construction of a 6,293 square-foot office building on 1.3 acres of property located at the southeast
comer of N. Denton Tap Road and Natches Trace Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 20, 2003, subject to the following conditions:
1) The removal of the parking space and reinstatement of the parking island at the north
comer of the building with low to medium-level landscaping.
2)
The applicant will work with staff relative to the location of a tree in the island
located to the east of the Denton Tap Road driveway, adjacent to the four parking
spaces.
The date scheduled for consideration by the CoppelI City Council is Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the
Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the Site Plan and Landscape Plan on or before 12 noon~
Thursday~ Februar~ 27th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of revisions, along with
one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
