Credit Unioo branch at 687 Denton T~p Road.

Community Credit Union is requesthlg a temporary Certificate of Occupancy although
the deceleration lane on. Hwy. 121 has not yet been completed. While tiffs has been a
priority from the begimdng of constnmtion there have been several Complications that
have delayed this pordon of the project. There are numerous utility lines (phone, gas,
electric and fiber optic) that are buried under the future deceleration lane which ~equired
relocation and hand digging to ensure that the lines would not be damaged. Approval
from TxDOT (Texas Depment of Transportation) was also required and this approval
was oblained only last week. Despite the above issues we anticipate completion of thc
deceleration lane vhthin the next )0 days.
