Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 20, 2003, subject to the following conditions: 1) Revision of the 1 O-foot easement parallel to Deaton Tap to be a sidewalk and utility easement. 2) Revise the line patterns and weights to differentiate between the property lines and the zoning lines. 3) Adding the word of to the name of the plat to be First Baptist Church of Coppell Addition The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the Minor Plat on or before 12 noon~ Thursda% Februar~ 27th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of revisions, along with one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
