Dear Mr. Straley:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-186R5, Duke-Freeport, zoning change request from PD-
186R2 to PD-186R5, to attach a Detail Site Plan to Tract 1 to allow the construction of an approximate
1,101,500 square-foot building on approximately 55.07 acres of property located at the southeast comer of
Freeport Parkway and Ruby Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, January 14.
2003, subject to the following conditions:
1) The owner/applicant will be responsible for the cost of the signs required on Ruby
Road to prevent truck traffic from using Coppell Road.
2) Along the east property line: no Eastern Red Cedars shall be removed, the trees
shall be prtmed and cleaned up, and the scrub and vines need to be cleaned.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been
completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Depamnent for your deposit
reimbursement of $100.
