Dear Mr. Buckner:
This letter is to inform you that the Natches Trace Addition (Bank One), Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat, to allow the
construction of a one-story, 4,200 square-foot bank facility with a 1,500 square-foot drive-through on 1.217 acres
of property located at the northeast comer of Natches Trace and N. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 17, 2003, subject to the following
conditions:
1 ) Provision of curve radii data on all fire lane curves, including portions that are located
oft-site. (Fire)
2) Provision of a legal description of the 20' sanitary sewer easement. (Engineering)
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at 7 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to
include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as instructed recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and submit to the Planning Department three (3)
folded copies of the Minor Plat on or before 12 noont Wednesdayt April 30th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x
11 paper reduction, along with one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
