I have reviewed the attached Site Plan, Elevations and Landscape Plan
for the property at the above location. These plans are eligible for
administrativ~ approval by the Director of Planning due to their general
conformanc~,~'the concept plan and conditions of PD 136, subject to one
revision. The Landscape Plan plant list specifies "Tree Form Photinia".
This plant is not on the City of Coppell's plant palette. It is
recommended that a plant from the approved list be substituted.
I also noted that no monument sign was included in this site plan
package. It is assumed that no monument sign will be erected and that
all attached signs will be in compliance with the Section 12, Article 29 of
the City of Coppell Code of Ordinances.
